Chicken Fajita with Rice from Nabil

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

1 Pack Nabil’s Chicken Fajita
2 cups boiled basmati rice
1 onion, chopped
1 cup colored peppers, chopped
1 cup corn
1/4 cup green onions
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup red beans
¼ cup oil
salt and pepper

Grill Nabil’s Chicken Fajita in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Cook the basmati rice.
Put the pot from over the fire, add oil to it, sear the onions and add the peppers, corn, green onions and the rest of the spices, then add the red beans and stir well for 4 minutes.
Finally add the boiled rice and add the roast fajita chicken, season with salt and pepper and serve.
