Cordon Blue with Spaghetti in White Sauce from Nabil

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

1 pack of Nabil’s Cordon Blue
¼ cup of butter
¼ cup Flour
1 liter of milk
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
2 cups of chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
¼ cup parmesan
salt and pepper

Fry the Cordon Blue in the oven at 160 degrees for 8 minutes
Add the butter in a separate saucepan and fry the mushroom and garlic until golden
Add the flour and the milk gradually until you have a thick white sauce
Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper to season the sauce, then add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and cook for 3 more minutes.
Serve the spaghetti with the sauce and the sliced Cordon Blue and decorate with chopped parsley and parmesan.
