Meatballs in Cheese and Mushroom Sauce from Nabil

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

1 kg Nabil meatballs
2 cups of chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup of water
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
¼ cup cooking cream
¼ cup Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste

Grill the meatballs in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour before removing.
In a separate pan fry the onions and garlic in olive oil for five minutes, before adding the chopped mushrooms and cooking cream and bring to boil for five minutes.
Add the meatballs, sauce, parmesan, salt and pepper to taste and serve with mashed potato.
