Meatballs in Onion and Tomato Sauce from Nabil (Daoud Basha)

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

1 kg Nabil’s Meatballs
1Liter tomato sauce
2 cups onions, chopped
½ cup coriander, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon mixed spices
Salt and Pepper

Grill Nabil’s Meatballs in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
Place the bowl over the heat, add the oil, add the chopped onion and stir it for 4 to 6 minutes, then add the mixed spices, garlic, ground cardamom and tomato sauce.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and let them boil in the sauce for ten minutes.
Add the chopped coriander and serve with rice .
